  Terrible
  Whilst price is an important consideration, my lesson is that it should not be the deciding factor specifically when dealing with Wynstan (with a y)! Absolutely disgraceful service, so much so that I am writing this review. The product (vertical blinds) are of good quality but the service has made me wish I selected a different provider. My suggestion - go elsewhere!! Price/product does not make up for lack of care, follow up, respect or delivery (lost the quote, two site visits, wrongly sized verticals - 3 months and I am still waiting). Buyer beware!

  Why alright!!! Why don't you communicate?
  I was told at the start of December
  after I had paid half the deposit.
  The security door would be installed early to mid Jan.
  I did not hear a peep back from anyone in January.
  After around 8-10 phone calls and being told every time..we will get some1 to contact you ASAP,
  Sorry Sir I'm not sure why the installer hasn't contacted you,I will chase this up straight away,then hear nothing back again and again.....
  My wife had to email and speak to the manager due to no response.
  I mean..no follow up phone calls or feed back what so ever.
  We finally managed
  to get the Door installed on the 27th of February only because we pushed the issue.
  My Wife was rang in the morning at work and told someone had cancelled so they can do that day.
  Lucky I was home.
  I'm happy with the product and the instillation by the tradies but the customer service is honestly the worst I've ever experienced in my life.
  I don't mind waiting and
  realise that something's don't go to plan..But when you can't even get a simple phone call to explain what is going on,
  It's Simply not good enough!!
  This Buisness will no doubt close
  If they don't pull their finger out.
