  My sales consultant mr Abdi Hassan was best of best person i ever meet at dealership. He has wide knowledge of cars and he help us to decide which model is best for us as per our need . He guide me from first day till my delivery and updated me at each step . He helped lot to get me few things after delivery . Delivery and my purchase with his was best . He is big asset for Ford hopper who know how to deal with customers. Thanks Abdi for all urs help for full 1 year till delivery of my car .

  Purchased a company car here & was extremely happy with the service. Abdi was very knowledgeable on the vehicles & made my decision easy when deciding between models upon purchase. On collection day its was a smooth process & Abdi went through every setting on the car with me to make sure I was driving away with all the knowledge needed, it was very helpful! I Would recommend anyone to Abdi & Westpoint Ford for your next car!

  It was great experience with Westpoint Ford throughout the purchase of my Ford Everest, especially Abdi, who has great experience to deal with his customers, he and Sally contacted me from time to time, thought out the purchase of my car.   Buying my brand new Ford Escape ST-Line was a fun and enjoyable experience at Westpoint Ford. Lloyd and Margaret managed to find the exact variant and colour that I wanted, against all odds in the currently stock depleted market. I received my new car within days. Highly recommend this dealership to everyone, the best I have come across yet!

  Had booked my car in for a service at 8.50am a couple of weeks ago, I let them know I would be dropping it off around 6am as I had to be at work before Ford opened.
  So obviously I put my keys in the early drop off, this is no issue.
  
  Bit I never got a phone call to say my service was complete, so when I arrived to pick up my car at 2.30pm, I wasn't surprised to find out they had not serviced my car. I was informed that nobody had checked the early drop off box..
  Not ideal at all, I was annoyed but just asked for my keys and left, I will not be going back there for any service.
  I thought I would have got a phone call at 9am asking where I was with my car if they hadn't seen it yet, would they not have a record of who is in for services that day and who isn't there?
  Very annoying, and while the staff who I spoke to may not be to blame, they hadn't tried to hard to rectify any situation.

  Great service and communication from the team at Westpoint. My ute got delayed for quarantine and they kept me up to date as much as possible. Super friendly and helpful. Chip helped me find the exact vehicle that suited my needs.
  Cannot recommend the team enough if you are looking for a new vehicle.

  Had my vehicle towed to Westpoint after breaking down nearby. Initially dealt with Nathan Micallef in the service department who advised of a significant wait time (4-6 weeks) due to how busy they were. Nathan went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was diagnosed in between other jobs and fixed not long after. I was more than impressed to have my vehicle back a week later!! Nathan was in contact with me throughout the process and showed professionalism as he looked after me. Very good at his job and knows what he’s talking about.

  Such friendly and helpful staff. The service is great. I had just picked up my new Ford. Can't say enough about the awesome staff. My mate Michael Bramley who was fantastic from the first time I visited to when I picked up the vehicle. Made the experience a very enjoyable one. Highly recommend Westpoint Ford for your next car.

  I have to say that Kevin who works there in the service department was very helpful. I needed an urgent help with my car on Saturday and he without complaint as there were already closed helped me with my car issue.
  You don’t get that kind of service anymore. Kevin was very helpful and kind and put his own needs aside to help me. Amazing service and wonderful person who represents Westpoint Ford behind the scene.
