  In late November of this year, I went into Kia Werribee to have a look at some potential options that I was interested in. I was met by Ash who was able to take me through multiple cars, answering all my questions with ease and had an incredible knowledge about every car I looked at. He was friendly an approachable and didn’t rush with anything so it made the experience stress free and made sure that I knew every step of the process, which was great. I ended up purchasing a beautiful car and Ash and his team kept in constant contact with me over the few weeks until it came in.
  I mentioned I would like a pink bow on the car when I picked it up and they absolutely remembered and it made my day!!

  Back in May 2022 I went looking for a used car to buy. I walked into Kia Werribee and Peter came and assisted me.
  Due to covid there wasn’t a lot to select from but he showed me what they had. After talking to him and advising I wasn’t in a hurry I decided to go with a brand new car.
  
  I ordered a Seltos, was told there would be a possible 12 month wait list. Today October 31st 2022. I picked up my Car. Thanks Peter for assisting me with the purchase and Riccardo who handed over the keys to me and showed me everything about features of the car. Also thanks to David the manager for the car mats and the boot protector.
  
  All the staff at KIA Werribee were amazing. Highly recommend them.

  Picked up my brand new Kia EV6 from Werribee Kia, what an amazing car !
  Always had European cars before but this Korean car is equally good if not better.
  If you visit this dealership please ask for Joey Sawan by name, the best car salesperson ever. He kept me informed at each step and did everything to get me the best deal possible. Thanks Joey

  A week ago today I walked into Werribee Kia and was greeted by Peter. He knew exactly what I was after and didn't try to get me to go out of my budget. We clicked straight away. I picked up the car Wednesday and was greeted by Peter with a welcome hug. He remembered passing comments from our chat the few days prior, which made me know he truly listened and valued what i was saying. True to his word he called me this this morning as he promised to see how i was enjoying the car. The whole team at Werribee Kia were amazing, but Peter made you feel like you were just catching up with a friend.

  I had a great experience buying a car, especially sales Josh, who helped me a lot. Both the service attitude and after-sales help are particularly good. I highly recommend if you want to buy a car you can talk to Josh.

  Bought a second hand vehicle in good condition and a good price. Service from Werribee Kia was ok up until the pick up of the vehicle. The detailing wasnt the greatest and the clean was sloppy. Had issues with the lever on one of the seats but had to wait around for 30mins to have it repaired. For a customer spending over $35,000k you would think the car would come with a full tank of petrol. Enquired about an accessory for the car was given a price, called another kia dealership who were $150 cheaper....pays to ring around. Have bought from other dealers and in comparison overall service and feedback about car was below average.
