  I would like to say a huge thank you firstly to rent a bomb, but mostly I would like to say a massive thanks to Irene I have been renting a car now for quiet a few months and Irene has assisted me with a few different situations, out of my control and Irene was able to assist going above and beyond.
  My experience with rent a bomb and as well with Irene has been nothing but accommodating if it wasn't for the team and there commitment ongoing I wouldn't have been able to get to work and home from work.
  So I would like to say a huge thank you and I appreciate there help and will highly recommend anyone to use them when in need of a higher car.
  And a special thanks to Irene for all the help if only there were more people in the world willing to above and beyond in providing customer service.

  These guys were great. My car was being repaired so I hired from here. The car was great for a bomb, reasonably priced & I was able to extend 3 times due to delays with my car. No issues whatsoever. Thank you!

  Irene was super helpful fixing me up with a runaround after a traffic accident. Friendly, easy smooth pickup and drop-off. Highly recommend. Thanks again Irene!

  Very disappointed they canceled our moving truck rental (which was booked 3 weeks in advance), less than 24hrs notice given,
  
  I understand that the moving truck was damaged??? (Apparently) which is out of there control, and I totally understand, but 0 effort was made to help us out with some sort of a solution, really dropped us in it,
  
  Such a shame I’ve learnt a very valuable lesson, pay a little more, and go with the bigger rental companies
  
  I will not be back

  Had a great experience renting from them. Both CJ and John are very friendly and made us feel at ease all throughout. The Hyundai Accent we hired was very easy to handle and had a clean interior. Will definitely rent again from them next time.
