  The sales lady (turns out to be the manager) wrote down the wrong table name to the one we chose, AND the wrong price, which we didn't realise until it was delivered (however we got the chairs that went with the table we originally chose??) so called straight away to let them know and though it would be as simple as them picking up the wrong table and delivering the one we wanted. But she refused to swap the table unless we paid the $100 difference which she screwed up on the price. So after arguing and already ruining any chance of us ever going back we asked to simply return the whole lot and get a refund. She then continued her rude streak and says there is a 15% cancellation charge! What a joke.
