  Just purchased a mattress from Tim. What an amazing sales man! He was incredibly helpful and understanding of our needs! Incredibly knowledgeable and helped us a lot with answering all of our silly questions! He is incredibly friendly and made our experience much better! Will definitely be coming back to Tim for our future mattress needs!

  Thanking you two for helping me purchase my first quality mattress, Tim was super honest with me the whole way through and couldn’t help or reassure me any more than he did, he was AMAZING. He really took the time to help as much as he could, gave me details about what I was walking into and answered all my questions completely and honestly. Janette and Tim were then super kind enough to let me through there doors with my quote 2min passed closing time to allow me to make my purchase. All and all, customer service here is next to perfect. I can’t wait to get my new mattress as I am so over my old one, again, thank you Tim and Janette.

  Recently I bought a new mattress, pillows and bed frame from Forty Winks Hoppers Crossing. I have been dealing with some back issues for many years and thought it was time to buy a new bed. From waking in I was greeted by Tim who was so upfront and honest and welcoming upon entering the store. Tim was so patient and made the process an absolute breeze from start to finish. We need more customer service in this world like Tim has provided. He really put in lots of effort to make it such a great experience. Great work mate and thank you to everyone at Forty Winks Hoppers Crossing for helping me get a good night sleep again, everything has been excellent since setting it up at home. So grateful.

  Just want to thank Tim for the outstanding customer service he has provided. Have dealt with Mark for many many years and has been a terrific person to deal with. To go back and update beds with his manager Tim and to find nothing has changed is an absolute credit to both Mark and Tim. Thanks so much guys and will highly recommend anyone who is looking for bedding to see Tim

  Just want to thank Jeanette for the excellent customer service she provided when I purchased the Wembley Suite and new mattress from Forty Winks Hoppers Crossing last weekend. She was incredibly warm and very knowledgeable and honest about the products I was interested in. She gave me advice on the best mattress/bed frame size for the new space I was trying to fill. She quoted me on all the products and gave me the space and time to consider my options. When I came back the next day to purchase the suite, she remembered my name and the suite I was interested in and immediately got the ball rolling processing the transaction. Overall, the experience was super pleasant and easy. I would 100% recommend going to see Jeanette if you are in the market for a new bed suite!
