  Rude on phone when trying to obtain roadworthy. Call somewhere else. No explanation. No friendly tone. No suggestions as to how I could obtain one or when. Won't be getting my service business.

  Trying to find a proficient tuner for a heavily modified Harley in Melbourne can be challenging. Spending thousands on your pride and joy only to discover that it didn't reach its full potential can be soul destroying.
  
  There is an overwhelming amount of boutique bike shops and tuners out there who simply have no idea about the complexities of your build or do not respond or call back. This can be frustrating to say the least.
  
  I contacted GRM after experiencing just this and was immediately impressed with the time that Romi spent with me going over exactly what he was going to do. Diagnosing the issues I was experiencing and what was potentially causing the bike to not perform at its best.
  
  Romi treated me with respect and did not try to oversell himself. I find that many tuners discredit each other in an attempt to gain your business which is a huge red flag and a major inferiority complex. Romi explained that the bike wasn't underperforming because of the previous tuner's lack of skill, but because of the current software limitations. I really appreciated that honesty.
  
  The results speak for themselves. Bike runs exceptionally well, ran great numbers and I'm very happy with what I paid for. Cost is reasonable, I didn't pay a cent over what I was quoted and service is outstanding to say the least. I can SMS Romi on his private mobile number to get updates about anything he is doing to my bike with a 5 minute response time. He just won a new customer.

  Ghostriders Motorcycles is a top shop.
  Took my Harley Sporster there for a Minor service and brake fluid change the experience was great.
  They identified a minor issue I hadn't noticed and got it all done quickly and professionally.
  Mark whom I dealt with on the phone and face to face was a very nice guy and easy to deal with.
  Ill be returning to keep my Harley maintained in the future. Thanks for the excellent service.
