  I needed a reverse camera installed. My car is a 1 of a kind.
  On the day of my installation, i had to pay up front before the work was done which I found odd.
  Upon receiving my car after the installation, the condition I received it in was disgusting. I was missing my rear cover that stops things from entering my boot. There were panels not put back in the car, missing clips for my interior and my boot trims were not put back properly. See pictures I attached. My camera was installed crooked as well. When I confronted the installer he told me that he didn't know where he took the panel from. He didn't know where to put it back. He also told me he broke my rear cover.
  When I confronted the owners of the business they didn't know the installer had already admitted fault, I told them they ruined my car and they said "you know how many times we hear that a day?" and "it was like that before." trying to blame me for the work they did that looks like a five year old child was given the right to work on my car. Please see pictures I have attached. I just purchased this rare car and I don't want anybody else to go through this again. If I hadn't payed up front I wouldn't have payed for the work. It's not the first time I've had issues with autobarn. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever met. This auto chain should be discontinued.

  Hello again, as I have stated before, I’m technically challenged, but I love all the sound effects that come through. I bought an amplifier,and 6 replacement speakers for my Ute. Auto barn Hoppers Crossing do installations, I enquired about a quote for installation. I found that the young sales chap, was right into detail, products , and costs. As I was retaining the original radio, there were certain electrical items required to ascertain the sound I was after. An additional amplifier required to power the subwoofer. My car was in the shop for over a day, and the cost didn’t increase. Autobarn, did a most perfect job. Polite staff, and as they do installation, it’s a bonus. I now have engaged them to instal a driving light system. Highly recommend this store.

  Second time this has happened now. I always check stock on-line before heading in. Upon arrival I'll ask staff if they can head me in the right direction for where something is, showing them on my phone exactly what I'm looking for from their website. Quote their SKU, part number etc etc. With either zero effort in checking / or after an abysmal attempt at pretending to check on the computer they very quickly say they have no stock. After which, I'll just proceed to look for it myself and find heaps of stock on their shelves. The imbicile serving always ends up looking even more pathetic when they then have to serve me at the cash register knowing they've been caught out.
  
  Of all the auto retailers in the area, these guys don’t even come close to showing professionalism. How lazy can these guys be? What can be so much more important in what they do day to day, that prevents them from putting in the effort in the retailing service fundamentals.
  
  Clearly the business owners don’t care. There is a mountain of negative reviews here of the appalling customer service. But If my review is enough to make one less customer stay away from this place, then job done. The only couple of times I've come here is when I was desperate and had no choice. Otherwise.. I just stay the f-away.

  Great service - AAA product stereo installed in my vehicle.
  Great product and Glen the store manager was prolife and helpful with showing me how to use my new stereo. I am highly impressed with this product Alpine.
