  Dr Ikladios has been my doctor for around 5 years, maybe more. When you find a doctor you like, you stick with them. He is kind and calm and a great doctor. He treats you like an individual not a number. Highly recommend Dr. Ikladios.

  The response as a clinic is really bad, I have been trying to contact the reception for almost half a day. They either don't pick or disconnect the call. If it's a health care centre I expect to have a quicker response or at least a voice mail option. It's a bit frustrating process to contact them.

  I was looking for a new GP closer to home and decided to give this clinic a go. Big mistake. Long wait time. The doctor saw other patients that arrived after me, before seeing me, and his receptionist told me that it was because I didn't arrive at my appointment in time, and because I am a new patient and had taken a long time to fill out the form. (I arrived 10 mins early because I know I'm a new patient and I need to fill out the new patient form.) I waited over 1 hr before seeing Dr. Abdalla just for him to tell me that he cannot give me my script (which I've been on for almost 2 years) because anxiety pills are adictive for young people. He even suggested that I go the Wyndham Health Care centre to get them.

  We called to get an appointment , but was asked to come directly as no appointment was needed went there to get a consultation for our new born what we saw
  1) No COVID questions asked or temperature taken.
  2) density of people inside posed serious issue of social distancing
  3) No card payment was asked to pay in cash
  4) Dr was happy to jump ques for people known to her
  So finally left after waiting for nearly one hour. Would not recommend under current scenario.
