    Terrible service, rude, Do not contact you as promised when your vacuum is back from repair. They just leave it sat in the back until you ring them. Never again will I give them any more money. One star is way to many.

    Edit: issue has been resolved and money has been refunded. Thanks to the young gentleman who was able to go above and beyond to sort out the issue. Hoping that the next purchase would not causes us any issues.

    At the end of the day the issue was a manufacturing fault and their hands were tied but I'm hoping that no other customer has to go through what we had to go through.

    I do hope that this experience has opened the eyes of the staff at the store in terms of not letting things drag on for so and we are all humans at the end of the day so mistakes happen.

    Bought a small wall vacuum cleaner which kept failing over and over again with no realistic solution provided by the staff, bought the vacuum cleaner back in June 2016 and now it is back at repairs for the third time of a total period of over 4 months.

    I have asked that a refund is to be paid back to us ASAP as we can't deal with the empty promises as well, our request for a refund was refused even though it is clearly stated on their website under the warranty section and under the consumer affairs.

    Was not happy with some of the information I was given...
